The Ludacris Foundation and Ralph Lauren Come Together For A Good Cause...
This past Wednesday, I attended the 3rd Annual private shopping extravanganza produced by The Ludacris Foundation's and Ralph Lauren. This exclusive (truly exclusive) affair, which was fittingly held at the Ralph Lauren Flagship Store at Lennox Square Mall in Atlanta, Georgia was all about shopping for a cause. 15% of all items sold were donated to The Ludacris Foundation. A unique donation was made within the night as well giving back 100% of the proceeds from a hand crafted (designed by Ralph Lauren himself) Purple Label Tie ($200) inspired by the 4 pillars in which both The Ludacris Foundation and Ralph Lauren stand for which are; Leadership, Education, Healthy Living and Giving Back to the community. Chris "Ludacris" Bridges, Chaka Zulu, Gabrielle Union along with Director of his The Ludacris Foundation Kim Hutchens, Roberta Bridges (Ludacris' Mother) and the Ralph Lauren staff pulled out all the stops last night. While a host of other tastemakers and industry professionals all came to show their love and support as well.
Once the event commenced the hosts' and attendees all made their way over to Straits Restaurant (owned by Christopher "Ludacris" Bridges) where we indulged in Singaporean cuisine and conversed about everything ranging from Kobe and LeBron meeting up in the NBA Finals, to new business ventures all of the breeding entreprenuers were involved in to why I didn't want to leave Atlanta due to it's over abundace of beautiful women which lived here, all of which I think attended the event and restaurant...lol.

About Ralph Lauren
What began forty years ago with a collection of ties has grown into an entire world, redefining American style. Ralph Lauren has always stood for providing quality products, creating worlds and inviting people to take part in our dream. We were the innovators of lifestyle advertisements that tell a story and the first to create stores that encourage customers to participate in that lifestyle.
RalphLauren.com takes this participation to a new level, as a rich and exciting interactive destination. When you’re transported into the world of Ralph Lauren online, you can shop for great products for yourself and your home, learn about adventure, style and culture in RL Magazine and RL TV, find one-of-a-kind vintage pieces and exquisite gifts and much, much more. Back when all this started, I felt sure that there were no boundaries for Polo. I’m even more sure of that today.
